Orders/ Pre-Orders Policy:
Once a order is placed, it is processed. Any cancellation will be charged a 20% fee to cover the costs involved with processing the order and a store credit will be issued for the remainder. A pre-order account will be set up for anyone ordering a new release doll that is not already to be shipped from the factory and/or a doll that is not in stock and must be ordered from the factory. Your account will be charged a 20% deposit. Pre-orders paid by check or money order will not go into effect until the check or money order arrives.
Should you cancel a pre-order or cancel any order after it has been processed, you forfeit a 20% deposit on the doll(s) that have been ordered for you. If you are paying by credit card, the remaining balance will be charged when the doll is ready to ship.
Shipping Policy:
Orders will be shipped UPS insured unless requested. No post office box address will be accepted for delivery. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via U.S. Postal Services and will be charged an additional $10.00 per doll for insured shipping. International orders will be charged Global Express shipping rates.
Return Policy:
There are absolutely no refunds. Due to the collectible value of the dolls, there will be no refunds. we inspect all dolls before they leave our store to insure that the doll is mint, has a certificate and any accessory that is noted in the description. We will only send the doll off for repair if something is found wrong with the doll and we are notified of this within 3 days of the date of delivery. At that time, a Return Authorization Number will be given and must be written on the outside of of the package or the package will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items that are not defective with money paid going toward a store credit. Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery. We do not refund money. Shipping cost is paid by the buyer on any returns.
Sales Tax:
There will be no sales tax charged on any orders shipped outside the state of Minnesota. If you live in Minnesota you will be charged accordingly.
Return Check Fee:
There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks. If NSF checks are not paid within 10 days, as a matter of practice, all returned checks are turned over to a professional collection agency for processing and collecting.
Layaway:
We offer the following layaway plan:
1. A 3-payment plan on all purchases. 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, and the remaining 1/3 in 60 days.
2. We do not accept layaways under $100.00
3. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credit will be given as a store credit. There are no refunds.
4. Late payments (more than 5 days) will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. If payment becomes 30 days late, the restocking fee will be charged immediately and any remaining credit will become store credit for the customer.
5. Clearance or discontinued items cannot be placed on layaway. |
